Yes, all our ultrasound probes are guaranteed. Our ultrasound probes in new condition are warranted for 12 months, and ultrasound probes in reconditioned and second-hand condition are warranted for 3 to 6 months. Repairs are also covered by warranty! Please contact us to know the warranty options for each case.

The loaner probe service is exclusive and free of charge for repair offers. Upon the receipt of the repair or probe exchange offer, the customer will have 7 working days to inform us how to proceed. In the event that the client retains the ultrasound probe sent as a loaner, an ultrasound probe rental service will be billed.

Yes, all our ultrasound probes comply with a rigorous quality protocol. When the ultrasound probes enter our laboratory, we perform a CHECK-IN process for each one to determine its status and condition. Likewise, before sending the ultrasound probes to our customers, regardless of whether it is a repair or a sale, a CHECK-OUT control process is performed.

If you are not satisfied with your equipment, for any reason and within 3 business days of delivery, we will accept your return, provided the unit is returned in the same condition in which it was received, the tamper stickers have not been removed and the units are returned within the allotted time period. Remember that in this case, shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
